How pricing works

1) Deploy

Install in your AWS account

Launch from AWS Marketplace using CloudFormation. You control region, networking, and resources.

2) Size

Choose EC2 capacity

Different EC2 types provide different performance and capacity levels. Scale as usage grows.

3) Pay

Billed per instance-hour

Billing runs through AWS Marketplace. My-Drive.CLOUD price does not exceed 2× the AWS EC2 hourly price.

Unlimited users: you can create as many users as you need. Active usage capacity depends on the infrastructure you allocate (EC2 resources and your workload).

Example sizing guidance

The right configuration depends on expected usage patterns and online editing needs. As an example:

  • EC2 T3.small can be used with up to ~20 concurrent Collabora Online editors (typical configuration).
  • For 200+ users, we recommend a short demo/sizing call to match capacity to your workflow.
